Navy vessel achieved the highest COVID-19 vaccine readiness rate in the Navy, using Mustr to gauge attitudes toward vaccination and providing resources based on results.
Personnel Coordination: USMC Reserves
Two mobilization exercises of >1600 personnel across 5 geographies were undertaken using Mustr. Personnel who engaged via Mustr were 1.5x more likely to attend muster events in person.

Mental Health
ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILL ACHIEVES 100% ACCOUNTABILITY IN MINUTES
A Navy Unit used Mustr to securely achieve 100% personnel accountability in ~30 minutes during a base-wide active shooter drill. With Mustr, the Navy Unit was able to muster the command 95% faster than the rest of the base.
The unit estimated over 8 organizational hours saved by leveraging our mobile-first accountability tool.
REMOVING BARRIERS TO MENTAL HEALTH
During holiday block leave and reserve mobilizations, three brigade-sized units from the Army and Marines used Mustr to:
- Increase engagement with separated personnel and drive 1.5x higher attendance at Individual Ready Reserve mobilizations.
- Identify 44 active duty Soldiers who reported mental health distress and requested assistance.
- Identify 36 separated Marine reserves requesting VA and/or mental health support.
Additionally, for Army user groups during the holiday block leave period, the command reported zero suicides among the student population.
